- - The Summer school will last 4.5 weeks, then I will be teaching the flight camps again for two weeks. The flight camps go from 8am to noon, so I will have the afternoons off. - I think one lesson that I learned, well sort-of learned the semester before last was the importance of adequate sleep. I was very disciplined this last semester to go to bed (usually around 10:30-11:30) earlier, when I had to be up by 5:30am which gave me around 6 hours of sleep. I still think that 6 hrs is marginal, but much better than what I have gotten in semesters past. And what do you know, I found myself being able to pay much better attention in class, and found my retention rate much better as well. I did find it hard to get all my homework done with reduced study time since I was going to bed earlier, but the dividends paid off, and the outcome was better, and I felt much better.-
